POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Product Manager for our newly formed Implementation Engine team. The Implementation Engine team at VibeIQ is responsible for developing and maintaining the suite of internal and external tools that power our customer implementations and configuration support. 

This is a highly visible role, building AI-powered products to lower the cost of implementation and make it easy for customers to manage their VibeIQ instances. You will work closely with our customers and professional services team to define and deliver a robust suite of products to empower data integrations, configurations, implementation workflows, reporting, and platform extensibility to enable partners and 3rd party developers to build on top of the VibeIQ ecosystem.

This is a strategic, hands-on role in which you’ll partner with both customers and internal teams to meaningfully impact VibeIQ’s ability to meet the needs of our rapid scale goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Define and own an end-to-end roadmap, vision, and product strategy for VibeIQ’s Implementation Engine team to deliver traditional and agentic tools to transform the way our customers are onboarded, implemented, and supported.
2. Partner with customer and services teams to identify common integration patterns, align on onboarding workflows, and incorporate agentic infrastructure into our data tools.
3. Partner with Customer Success to translate business requirements into clear, well-defined technical deliverables.
4. Define, track, and own key performance and system metrics (e.g., time to onboard, data throughput, etc.), and drive continuous improvement loops.
5. Work across customer success, engineering, product, and professional services to ensure product requirements are well-defined, reusable, and well documented.
6. Serve as the bridge between technical complexity and business value – communicate clearly with customers, technical teams, and executives to clearly articulate the value and timeline for complex projects.
7. Continuously improve execution frameworks, onboarding practices, and reporting mechanisms for efficiency and scale.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

1. 3+ years of product management experience, ideally building AI powered products with complex SaaS implementations.
2. Thorough understanding of APIs, data modelling, integrations, and cloud-based SaaS architectures.
3. Experience working closely with engineering teams to translate complex technical work into business deliverables.
4. Proven ability to engage with enterprise customers to define and synthesise technical requirements.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a proven ability to speak to both non-technical and technical audiences.
6. Experience defining and tracking measurable performance, reliability, and stability metrics.
7. Strong track record of defining roadmaps, writing PRDs, and delivering platform capabilities at scale.
8. Familiarity with event-driven architecture, microservices, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and service-oriented patterns.
9. Familiarity with product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Coda, Figma).
10. Familiarity with implementation processes for complex, mission-critical enterprise applications.

BONUS POINTS

1. Experience building AI agents within a SaaS environment.
2. Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise integrations (e.g., PLM, ERP, CRM, creative/merchandising tools).
3. Experience in the retail, fashion, apparel, or footwear industries.
4. Familiarity with security, compliance, data governance, and system scalability challenges.
